Orders will be processed and shipped via the company of our choice. Delivery time depends on order destination. For delivery to more remote or rural areas, please allow 7-10 days or contact us for a more specific time frame. An express post option is available for purchase during the ordering process for a charge.

We ship internationally to most destinations. Please send an email with your order, shipping & contact details to info@koalafarms.com so that we can provide you with an accurate shipping cost.

HOT WEATHER ISSUES
To ensure that your chocolate arrives at their destination in the best possible condition, Koala Farms may delay the delivery of chocolates for one or two days if the weather is extremely hot on the day the chocolates are ordered. Also we do not send chocolate products on a Friday so that products do not sit in a depot over the weekend. We advise our customers wherever possible to be available to collect your order on delivery so it is not sitting in a hot location for long periods where it can spoil.
RETURNS
Goods will be accepted as returned and a refund or replacement will be provided if you received the incorrect product or items different to what was stated on the order placed.
